Today I made a mistake. I thought I had hit "rush mode" when Ive been waiting all day for a reader to come on she popped on with "available for 1 hour" so I saved my reading and hit submit.. pretty sure I upgraded it to the $5 extra. it didnt happen. I think there should be an option to fix this if the reader goes into rush mode or suddenly is available for an hour. There is very very very few readers now that I would spend $15 for but I came back to look at my order wondering why it wasnt completed realising I didnt hit the correct button. The only thing I can add is an extra $5 tip and even with that... its not changing it to what it should be which is rush mode!!!

On my iPhone, I see every date and time an order is due and the time turns red and has an alert if the order is late. This helps to know when an order can be canceled or whether I want to continue waiting for that late order. My Samsung Android phones (Galaxy S7 Edge and Note 7) do not have this ability. Also, on the iPhone (6+) I am able to save the video readings to my camera roll, and it is convenient for those times I wish to review a reading and my network is down or I can't access wifi. (It is also convenient when replaying them and not having to wait for the buffering to finish before it plays.) However, an iPhone is highly limited on memory, where as my Androids have external memory cards. The Androids do not have the ability to save the videos, so in order for me to save memory on my iPhone, I have to download to my camera roll, connect both phones to a computer, and transfer from iPhone->computer->Android (for some reason the iPhone will not transfer directly to Android). These are pointless steps when I have the P/O app on both phones. The Android phones have 1 positive ability that the Apple phones do not: they can leave very detailed descriptions in the ordering process, while the Apple phones seem to be limited by an unknown character count. (Side note: I used to have an LG V10 android phone as well, so I know it isn't just Samsung phones that don't have these abilities.)

It's difficult receiving clients, getting orders, and making decent revenues being a new advisor, especially with the seasoned advisors being at the forefront of the app each time you log in. A "new advisor" section should be created in the side panel to allow the new advisors a decent shot at receiving clients and being able to make a little change. This would be especially helpfully too those who don't have a current job and need a bit of quick cash to help them out. seasoned advisors are always showcased. this makes it harder for new arrivals to get their foot on the door.

Is there a way to put a search bar in the order section to look up advisors or readings faster? Also, sometimes I've done a second reading with an advisor asking the same question because I didn't realize I've requested a reading from them months before. I've had numerous readings from different advisors and it's hard to remember everyone's name and also they change their names and pictures. At least if I could search to see whether I've done a reading with them before, it won't be a waste of my money or their time. I've had an advisor repeat herself and tell me that she's going to tell me the same thing from the last reading. And the worst part of it is if I didn't like their first reading and get another reading with the same exact read. Thanks.
