I would love to offer phone readings as well, like many other psychic line do. This is such a way to connect with clients. A call rings in through the app with the clients name or username. The exact same way text and live videos come in. We need live phone readings

It might be a good idea for us psychics be available for one service if we choose too. Like sometimes I want to be available for live chat but not 24 hr delivery. But the only way i can be available for live chat is to make myself available for 24 hr delivery. If we can separate this I think it would be a good idea. Maybe through the purple garden app we can make ourself available for live chat or video but remain unavailable on purple ocean for 24 hr delivery.

I think you should make a option for 24 hour video calls to be turned off and jut have live chat typing available separately, as videos can sometimes get too draining for us advisors, and you’ll earn more from doing live chat as clients will spend more on there. Also make the live chat typing option available to use on our computers so we don’t have to drain our battery’s on our phone all the time!! I think you’ll get more clients this way and more advisors wanting to work more often by doing it this way!!

I feel that it would be a good idea for purple ocean to offer text message style readings at a per minute rate. Some clients want a live reading done but not be on video chat. I think a lot of people would agree.

Can we have a button to delete any readings that we do not wish to keep thanks

Please offer an option for me to only be in live without doing the videos. I can't do live because I get a full que in less than 5 mins. And I never get the option. If I could only do live video option I would be on sooooko much more and make lots more money. Thanks

I think it would bring a lot more money to purple ocean if clients were able to choose a live chat option right here in purple ocean and not just Bitwine. allowing advisors to charge a per minute rate. Not everyone has Bitwine and I feel that it would be a great option.

Please find a way so that we have the option to delete videos. Some advisors are so way off and give me bad vibes.

Some of the really good advisors who actually take the time to look into your situation don't stay on for long when they are online. Maybe have an option to create a draft and be able to submit it when they pop up. It's happened a few times to me where they are offline by the time I hit submit.

I like to listen to the readings when on the go, and it's great if there's wifi, but otherwise using my data plan is very costly. Being able to download certain readings as mps, would be great. Can sell ads on those mp3's as well for additional rev source.
