Make a "new advisors" panel
I think that new advisors should be given their own section. That way we'll have a shot at getting clients instead of having to wait and go through all the "seasoned" advisors. Everyone would get a chance at getting clients that way. After 3-6 months, they come off the new advisors section. it would be fair.
