Have a sorting system when going to look for an advisor such as fastest response, highest rated, a-z, highest percentage on time, etc.
Sometimes i want a fast response but dont want to pay extra for the rush delivery. i waste time looking at profiles for response time. Also this would reward the advisors who do respond fast, or always deliver on time.
