For advisors on live calls and chat
It would be helpful to have a feature that turns of 1 hour rush mode when a live call or chat comes through from purple Garden. When I start work I often turn on all features to increase possibility or client orders but it become stressful and distracting to see rush mode orders pile up when I’m on a live reading and the current client wants to add more time.

I agree and I struggle with this too. The best way I found around this is too only be available ( for 24 hr readings- not rush mode ) and be on text or live video. Do not put on rush mode and text or video. At least if you get a 24hr mode video you have time and no rush with your text chat or video chat. It’s the only way I found around this. Because I struggled to. I get piled with orders when I’m on rush mode and I’m scared to be on text mode or video at the same time because I won’t be able to get to my rush order in time if text readings are coming in and client is adding time. It’s complicating and PO I hope we come up with something to make this easier. It has lead me to not even read at all. From the stress of how I do this. Till I figured out just do text or video alone. Do not do rush, text/andor video same time.
Yes I totally agree! It becomes stressful when you’re on a live chat call and the clients has 30minutes available and then you receive 3-4 orders to fulfill on purple Ocean lol! This has happened to me!
