Reject incoming client.
Hi, I have been receiving requests from clients who have clearly not read my descriptions of my services, and go ahead and make an order and are not pleased with my response, because of their neglect to read what I offer.
Yes, I totally agree. It’s very unfair that advisers have to take abuse from clients with negative reviews. Blocking would be a great feature
I'd also like to echo what Jaune has said... we should be compensated for our time no matter how small... you have no problem giving us 80 cents off a 2$ bonus, so why we don't atleast get 20% for our wasted time is beyond me
I am with all my fellow advisors that have responded to this. Its the cold hard truth. Most don't read our bio, about 1/3 of these clients are impossible to please and then we get stuck with the negative reviews. They usually start with "I HATE to leave a negative review but....." and then some ridiculous nonsense comes after it. Then I start seeing the same negative reviews all over my fellow advisors pages by the same people. we also should be able to block users and pick and choose who we work with. If the client can't be trusted to read a bio then we should be and clients should at least be asked a few questions so WE AS ADVISORS can decide if we can help them. I will probably never have a 5.0 rating because I don't tell stories and if I am unable to connect with an energy because there is nothing there the client gets mad because *for example* they want to know about their non existent love life for the 5th time in two weeks... eventually other more important aspects of their life come up and these lower frequency clients would rather leave a negative review than let you explain why their question is not being answered. It would save a lot of time to be able to search clients -especially their reviews- and refuse those we don't want to work with. You might just be surprised on moral and productivity going up.

Yes yes yes. ! I can just feel when a client is just angry at the world and no matter what I tell them they will not be happy. There needs to be in accent or reject button present. We should not have to go through making a blank video, contacting admin, have our negative review remain Anyway because of a client that has an extremely negative attitude no matter what we tell them.

Most definitely I would say to be fair 98% of my clientele does not read my bio even though before doing the reading I have a long introduction as a professional to allow them time to read my bio my bio is very crafted throughout the years and then when I try to explain my rules they were upset at me as if I did something wrong before I even do the video please read this and let me know what can be done it is exhausting getting clients that are angry at me for something that is clearly written in black-and-white thank you guys

Yes please! 95% of clients do no read our profile and go ahead and send their readings. Please make it possible for us to reject clients.

This!!! It really is a waste of time when a client doesn’t read the bio. I do feel we should all have some sort or payment compensation however small before the client is credited.
