Just as clients can be rude or obnoxious, then close messaging... We should be able to close messaging to stop them ignoring our polite suggestion that they post their new questions into a new reading. Especially when they're clearly not inclined to hear any views except their own. Would save a lot of unpleasant dialogue.

Yes sometimes clients become harassing and it stresses me out.

We should definitely have the option to accept or decline the messages!
