Prediction Validations and bonus
Too many advisors claim to be 99% accurate but yet they always seem to be off on almost every prediction they make and timing. There needs to be a metric that measures whether what they say actually happens.
In the end clients are only really interested in the end result and whether that result happens within the timeframe the advisor quotes. I understand timing is difficult but this is really what counts.
Additionally if an advisor does get their predictions correct then they should be able to receive a greater bonus and a larger percentage of the reading fee. Thanks!

That’s a bit silly as predicting the future isn’t written in stone. You could wake up the next day turn right instead of left and your entire timeline is completely altered. This is not a job of accuracy, but a job of being able to predict what may occur, and give the customer a good idea of what is to come based on the energy around them and others.
I never promise accuracy.
