Stop the 1 week suspension !! Ideas
Instead of 1 week suspension, how about if the advisor misses a rush they have to pay a fee of $25 to reinstate, rather than lose income for an entire week.
Also, would it be possible to only stop the user from the rush setting and still allow texts and calls to happen.

Get paid At once !
Please is there a way. We can get paid Once a week or every two weeks “at one time” the whole amount ? The system now is as goes. I made 50-$100 today. I get that amount in 14-15 days from today. I make $50 tomorrow, then I get that amount 14-15 days from tomorrow. PLEASE why can’t we get paid WHATEVER AMOUNT as in, if I made 500 this week, we can then withdraw it on a Friday in the WHOLE AMOUNT. Everyone wants faster payment on the psychic end. Category/ transparency
I feel like there should be an option where everything is categorized and all of the tarot readers should have their own category, all of the No tool readers should have their own and all the life coaches should have their own section , or readers should be required to be transparent about their main method of channeling in their videos and bios. Before anyone says it’s in the description box , that’s not always the case. It’s quite upsetting to pay for a reading and get the same cards I have right next to me pulled out with messages…

Ability to reply to reviews
Just as businesses/companies have the right and ability to reply to reviews left for them, I feel we should be given the opportunity to respond to clients as well. Their reviews have the opportunity to completely make or break our revenues, and at times the commentary they leave is not entirely accurate. We are entitled to defend ourselves and our business.

More Category
I am very good at reading questions with tarot about career, business, financial situation and many other kinds of issues besides love. But there is only a “love” category which I could choose from, and it doesn’t show my own specialty. If more categories are provided , I think this act would help Purple Ocean to earn more clients and income as the clients would aware of asking various kinds of questions instead of just asking about love.

Being paid less has not stopped it seems with the abolishment of slavery. This company takes so much out of a psychics payment.

allow advisors to search clients so we can see patterns with chronic negative reviews, negative attitudes, trolls ect.
every advisor should have the option if they want to read for a client or not. These decisions would be much easier if we didn't have to spend hours scrolling through other advisors reviews to see who the problem clients are. Clients should also have to write a short bio for themselves. As advisors we can read between the lines and see if we can even help or not... we could identify unhealthy obsessions, but most of all it would cut down on the hours of reading reviews and seeing the same people leaving the same negative reviews for everyone.…

Daily earnings.
Can we advisors please please please have a section for for daily earnings. Most advisors have a goal they work towards and instead of constantly having to calculate how close we are to meeting those goals it would be VERY helpful if we could see how much we made each day or maybe even make it customizable somehow. I know for me personally it would motivate me to work harder and longer till I meet my goal and it would make me make my daily income goals higher. I hope you consider doing this.

Eliminate option for leaving negative reviews
Eliminate option for leaving negative reviews. Of course it is an opinion. I have had a few come back apologizing realizing I was right in helping them. When they are going through changes some only want to hear what they want to hear. I come from integrity. I believe if you have nothing positive to say then just say thank you. We put a lot of energy in helping others. We deserve love and respect.

NO BONUS LIMIT
This should be the readers’ choice how much they want to give as a bonus. Not purple Ocean limiting the client. The client may be very appreciative for the help they were given amd want to hive a generous bonus. This was my situation today. My reader helped me significantly and I could only tip her $10. That’s not fair.

Check in with a client
I would like to be able to have the option to check in with a client, especially after I’ve got back from a vacation or something. And the client should have the option to turn this off on their end if they would not like to be bothered. Also have a header that states the check in’s is not for reading questions.

Make advisors be in charge of message box
Lots of times we are unable to clarify something’s to clients as the message box gets expired, other times clients abuse the message box by keep sending messages. Advisors should be able to close the message box or atleast the message box should be limited to two message max and then close up on its own.
