  1. It would be nice if we can as advisor be able to offer a bonus reading to repeat clients as a thank you.

    It is different if a bonus comes from an advisor as a thank you, like a 1 question reading, it builds up repeat clientele, as we all know some people will take advantage so it can be limited to 1 per client every 6 months or something and 2 per client for the ones that pay monthly membership. I think we can all afford a min of our time to please a client that spends money and I'm sure it will also generate more positive reviews than negative.

  2. Enable advisors to upload an image to their profile like card of the day

    I think clients would be able to resonate more with advisors if they could see a card pull for the day. And for advisors that want to stand out, it could be super beneficial. I would love to share a card each day and not have to update my video to do so.

  3. Display birthdates along names when clients call/request for service from advisors.

    When advisors get calls, customer username is displayed, it would be great to display their birthdate or at least their year of birth. This can make the process of channeling and saving time a lot. It's just a thought we can use for future.

  6. Limit the amount of Times a client can ask a follow up in messages after sending reply

    Many people ask more in the messages after we send the 3 minute reading / reply. In one this week I had 141 back and forth in answer to 3 3 minute sale readings. If we ignore these we often get negative feedback. I always reply so as to keep negative to a minimum. If the system limited the number of times a client can message back I am sure it would help us. Sometimes you are answering for a full 24 hours after the original $5 order.

  9. Review

    All advisors should get an option to respond on a review. If someone say prediction came true then we can greet them. Incase, negative review, atleast an advisor can share his or opinions. So that other clients on the platform read everything. Not just one side view of a client.

  10. Revise rush limit to include only readings that have been submitted and not those that may be submitted

    Right now the queue limit for rush readings is 6 where the advisor reaches the rush limit and there is an automatic shut off for rush mode & live once a reader reaches 6 rush in the queue. The issue is that if there are orders in the process of being submitted (as per the 15 minutes to submit after an advisor logs off) the system will shut off at four or less for orders that sometimes never come in. The system should only shut off for submitted readings only and not the possible submission of a reading.

  11. Readers That Only Use Chat or Calls

    I’m sorry but some of your readers the charge so much money for live chat or even texting should also occasionally offer the 15.00 & 10.00 videos as well. Some of us can’t afford these readings & they really dont even give that much information that we are seeking. The three minute videos offer a lot of information are more affordable as well. When they stop offering that and simply charge 10.99 a minute is way too expensive for repetitive answers.

  12. have an option for email readings

    I think email readings would be a great addition to services offered. We could deliver the readings within 24 hours, and have them be a certain minimum length. If actual emails would be too hard, it could be a variation on chat, so it's not live, but still a longer written reading .

  13. Have an option for voicenote readings

    Sending voicenotes to clients could be another option along with other services we offer. For example alongside 24 hour, rush mode readings - we could offer voice recordings. It sounds like a very great idea.

    Align “Notify Me” when advisors come online with what they are offering.

    Currently you have
    “Notify when advisor…
    - comes online
    - is offering rush readings
    - is offering video calls.

    Instead can we get a list that matches the order/profile page? I.e.

    “Notify when advisor is available for…
    - 24 hour Video Reading
    - 1 hour rush video reading
    - Video Call
    - Live Chat
    - Live voice call

    I have been online for hours for the last couple of days, however, I rarely get any calls. I usually am always at a discounted rate on live chats and I still receive no orders. Is there anything you can suggest?

  17. Sharing graphics about platform use

    Please share with us (advisors) the monthly numbers of the platform (clients using during the month, total sales, chart with graphics for the whole year). This way we can see where we’re standing compared to the global platform and see patterns of better months/ worst months, so we can plan for offering discounts, taking leaves… this will really help us on planing Long term with the platform!

  18. Please add all must read bios before booking

    Please add to the app where new clients read bios before booking and check they read to avoid them leaving a negative review for something we clearly state we don’t do and for asking for refunds which I find they do.

    If they agree they read the bios they cannot leave a negative review or ask for a refund on areas advisors state they are not gifted in.
