  1. Advisor unavailable after order

    Hi, I placed an order last night, but right before I submitted my question, my internet went out. Now the order is in drafts and it won’t let me submit because the advisor is no longer available. What happens in this situation? Was I already charged the $10 for the order? Does my order automatically go through when the advisor becomes available again?

  2. Prevent audible notifications while we are recording a reply to an order.

    When a new order comes in it trigger a notification. It does this even though you may be in the middle of recording a reply to an order. This is then recorded and you have to start recording over if you are not going to send the notification sound. It can be many times in the 3 minutes at busy times. We can turn purple ocean notifications of but at the risk or being banned for missing an order. This must be a problem for many or most of us at busy times.

  3. Private message with other users

    Allow us to message other users. Perhaps there could be an inbox saying another user requests to message you accept or not accept. After reading some of these reviews, sometimes I want to reach out to some of these people and ask them how their readings and predictions went. We could also refer other readers.

  4. Change name of bonus

    Change name of bonus feature to tip. Clients think it means bonus questions in the comments and that’s not what it’s for. Changing it to “tip” would help with that.

  6. Script Readers

    Most of readers, they don’t want to take $10 reading when they do , they read scripts. They send the same messages so many clients. We put our heart and emotions to those readings. They don’t take it serious and do sugarcoat fake readings.

    We should be able to talk to other clients to see if they get the same reading. Or we should have a bulletin to talk about a reader.

  8. App is on for hours and no bookings

    Hi,

    I love Purple Ocean and I rely on it for my income.
    I have great reviews and have read for thousands.
    I love my clients.
    In the past few weeks I notice there are more and more advisors joining Purple Ocean and less work coming my way.
    Could PO accepting more and more readers to join the platform be diluting current readers work?
    Anyone else experiencing this?

  9. Let Android users select all and copy all transcript and followup messages

    Implement a function that allows clients to select a whole chat or select all and copy all text from chat transcripts and follow-up messages to copy to hard drive for personal storage. Many times we need to share with others or implement detailed procedures recommended by advisors, or schedule reminders in our phone calendars for predicted events.

  11. Limit the comments

    As many clients abuse the system by buying very short readings and relying on the advisor to answer endless questions in the comments which could take us a lot of time unpaid, then the ability to comment should be proportional to the money spent on the reading. As an advisor I feel I have to engage as usually the clients retaliate with a bad review. Comments should be closed once the reading is done and with a max of time to comment proportional to the money they spend.

    This is a complain ! 1: you can’t transfer funds between purple ocean and purple garden, saying because these are two different apps! But you can see the readers online status in both apps the same time ! It is super confusing !   16. 24hr delivery

    I’ve been on PO for a few years, it never fails as soon as I find a reader I connect with they become more, and more popular, and stop doing 24hr.. What’s the point of having that as a service option if the readers can disregard once their demand is higher? It’s unfair to the loyal clients who began with them on their journey. It makes me want to delete my profile all together, they should maintain the offerings on the site.

  19. option to save 2 to 4 videos of yours which you can use for different advisors. Currently there is option to paste last submitted video only

    currently you can re use only last submitted question video. if i record a new video for some advisor and ask a different question, i lose the last submitted one. it would be great if i can record 3 to 4 videos of mine with different questions. then when i submit an order i just choose the relevant video to attach.

  20. Minimum Call Req, but longer 24/Rush

    I have seen another suggestion on here that I like but it has solid argument against it. So I have something to compensate.

    Live Calls should have a minimum of 10 minutes to purchase. Obviously, still allow the client to end the call if they are not connecting to the advisor, but this was there is no abuse of the system. As stated in the other forum, sometimes clients buy 5 minutes but use the messages to try and have more questions answers. New advisors especially feel the need to appease so they are not subject to a negative review.
