I would like to cancel my order. Can I?

Thank you for contacting us. You cannot cancel orders during the first 24 hours after submission. If the advisor is late delivering the order, you will then have the option to cancel the order by tapping on the Cancel button in the order screen.

The only other cancellations that happen on Purple Ocean are when the system automatically withdraws an order that hasn't been delivered within a week of submission (if you didn't already cancel it manually before then). For all canceled orders our system will automatically credit your Purple Ocean account.
