If you are not seeing the credits load to your Purple Ocean account, make sure that you have refreshed them by taking the following action:
If this still doesn't show your credits, then you may need to log out of the Purple Ocean app, and then log back in, and repeat the above steps.
- Tap the menu icon
- Tap 'Credit'
- Tap the 'Restore credit' button.
If your credits still fail to show on Purple Ocean, you can send us a receipt of your in-app purchase through iTunes and we can have the credit added to your Purple Ocean user account. You can find your purchase history with iTunes by following these instructions: http://support.apple.com/en-il/HT204088. Please note that you will need to create a Purple Ocean user account in order to receive the credit.
