  1. allow advisors to search clients so we can see patterns with chronic negative reviews, negative attitudes, trolls ect.

    I definitely want this. There are times I know I can’t connect with a client or I’m not getting a good read. I just had this feeling with a client and she left a pretty nasty review for me, I was really upset. I want to come through to my clients 100% and if I can’t I want to let them go.
