    Hi there,

    The reason we switched over to this layout is because Purple Ocean also allows advisors to be available for Video Call mode as well as Live Chat Mode. These, in addition to Rush Mode, all require the advisor to be alert at all times for incoming orders, and can be activated simultaneously.

    Since there are several permutations of availability, we can't assign a single background color. For example, you could be in just Rush Mode, or in Rush Mode + Live Chat Mode. There's no simple way to convey both of those different options through a color, which is why we changed the layout to show the active modes by outlining the currently active ones in the header.
