  1. More Percentage From Our Readings

    We all work very hard here on PO and to be only making $2 & $5 readings when it’s really $5 & $10 is very difficult. Especially the live options the funds that clients give should be split down the middle. I think making this change would increase our advisors interest to work harder and help more people and not feel undermined. Many blessings to you all🙏🧿

  2. An option to contest negative reviews!

    Readers should at least be given an option to contest negative reviews, express their point of view too. Even if not an option to reply to the reviews, negative reviews that are unfair or incorrect should be taken seriously and removed if the reader’s side is justified. I had a bad experience of being kept hostage by a client in the comments section. Had to repeat the entire reading in the comments again.   3. Feature - Blocking Clients

    For the love of God, please give advisors the ability to block or refuse bad clients. Not every customer is going to mesh with a reader and they do return. Please give us the autonomy to choose our clients and save us from the negative energy of bad clients. The work we do is draining. Please stop forcing us to spend our energy on clients who drain us. Thank you.

  4. Blocking a client

    Purple ocean should make an option to block a client because sometimes you could have a recurring client that’s extremely rude difficult and just not be pleasant at all and not appreciate your time and reading so I really feel like we need to have a block option to block certain people

  5. Create some sort of auditory sound to be notified when a tide becomes available to fill.

    This could be some sort of toggle switch to enable a sound to notify you when a new tide becomes available. As of now it’s difficult to know when a new tide customer comes in, especially if you’re not on the page constantly clicking refresh.

  6. Advisers have the ability / control to lock messages

    I feel that the fact clients have control to lock off messages isn’t fair. I think it will be fair for the actual advisers to be able to lock off questions for the message chat especially if a client asks too many questions / bombards an advisor with messages to get their attention. It should be up to us to pick and choose if we wanna answer or not.   7. Being able to reject a client that has dark energies

    An advisor needs to protect it self from harmful clients before doing the reading, an advisor can totaly feel when a client has dark energies or intentions, so no matter the answer you give them it will be taken out of context and they will be unsatisfied and put ugly reviews that can harm your reputation and energies. So we should be able to chose our clients as well

  8. Allow advisors to opt out of sales

    Instead of going completely offline/unavailable. I wish advisors could simply opt out of the sale pricing. I’d like to be able to get a reading for $10 instead of not at all during the $5 reading days. Thanks!

  9. Option to reply to reviews

    I have had a client outright lie about my behaviour in a review. She didn’t like my answer and accused me of “lashing out” in the comments. If you allow clients to create false reviews then we are owed the opportunity to present our side.

  11. Add photos to messaging area

    Allowing advisors to send photos via the messaging area post reading could help to reinforce the reading and also strengthen the overall client experience. People enjoy it when they can walk away with a remnant/reminder of the reading they received.

  12. Adjust withdraw amount

    I think we should be given the option (similar to Cashapp) to be able to adjust our withdraw balance. Meaning anything $35 or more,
    we should be able to choose how much we’d like to withdraw.

  15. Reduce time of suspension

    If we’re going to get suspended because our actions have consequences for not responding on a timely matter is understandable but when it’s completely out of our control is kinda messed up and cuts into our time of making a decent living / consecutive income. I think the suspension time should be reduced from a week to 3-5 days max so that advisors can understand that taking orders is a very serious thing but also not cut into hurting their source of income if they’re dependent/reliant on PO / PG as a main / only source of income.

  16. Shall we form a union?

    Due to purple oceans recent decline in payment I think we should come together and form our own “union”. If there is enough interest shown I will make another post where we can come together as a community and discuss what we would like to see change on Purple Ocean end and what can be done to let us be heard.

  17. Ability for advisors to offer bonus minutes

    It would be nice for advisors to be able to offer bonus minutes (such as 2-3 min) for our repeat clients or our best clients as a “thank you”. Similarly, to offer the same for new clients who we feel have great energy and would like to continue to work with them.

  18. Ability to reply to reviews

    Just as businesses/companies have the right and ability to reply to reviews left for them, I feel we should be given the opportunity to respond to clients as well. Their reviews have the opportunity to completely make or break our revenues, and at times the commentary they leave is not entirely accurate. We are entitled to defend ourselves and our business.

  19. The ability for clients to pre schedule readings with you via a calendar

    I would LOVE if we had the option to add a calendar setting so that advisors can set availability and clients can schedule readings? The one thing I don’t like is waiting with my availability on and just having one of those days where no one comes for a few hours, since I need to be tapped in to do what I do it seems like a waste of energy. I would absolutely love if we could set availability for the week and clients could schedule there readings in, also eliminates issues where clients want to work with you but…

  20. Notes should be accessible to read when a repeat client returns

    On my other line I can see notes from my previous session with a client while chatting. It would be great if that were the case here as well. If, when they call again, the notes would pop up that would be great.
