How long do I have to deliver each job?

You must deliver the job within 24 hours from the time it was submitted, but we recommend doing so much sooner, as it tends to increase return business. Delivering a job within 1-2 hours often leads to an immediate follow-up job from the same client.

If 24 hours pass before you deliver the job, your client will be able to cancel it, which will result in a one-week suspension of your advisor account. During that time you will not be able to receive new jobs (but you'll still be required to deliver any pending jobs on time).
