Suspensions last for 7 days from the moment that the order was
cancelled by your client. you should be able to see the
expired/cancelled order by looking at your "My Jobs" screen. We
also send emails about your suspension which states when and why it
occurred and how long the suspension is for. Please check your
email for this info.
