Suspensions occur automatically in
our system when a client cancels an order, and it is measured to the minute that the cancellation occurred. There is no need to check with us about when
it will be over. You can also look at the emails that you received
from Purple Ocean when you were suspended. This will tell you
exactly when your suspension is over.
If you are suspended for a different reason, you also receive an email informing you how long the suspension is, why it happened, and when it will be over. These things occur automatically in our system and do not require a question to Support to be lifted.
