My advisor hasn't responded yet. Why?

Advisors have up to 24 hours to reply to your question, but often reply sooner. If you'd like to receive a future reading faster, look for advisors who are in "rush" mode. They will have an icon that looks like a person running on their profile picture, and the deadline will be in 1 hour.

When you are looking at advisor profiles and see their average response time, this is not a guarantee that he or she will respond in that amount of time. This is simply part of an advisor's statistics you can view when making a decision.
